Thank you for the opportunity to be of continuing service to you and your fine Company.  Anytime we can assist you with credit on one of your projects we will certainly look forward to that opportunity.  Our Bank, of course, enjoys your projects perhaps as much as your customers do.  Your ideas are refreshing and innovative, which helps make our job more fun.  We know that a Gerson Development building not only consists of the highest quality material but the design is well thought out.  For example, you maximized some fantastic views in the Bucktown project with your use of windows.  The creative work / live units have been a huge success!  In addition, your Northbrook project promises to be an innovative, well thought out plan which will make working in Northbrook a pleasure.

We also know that you have developed a tough, but fair reputation with your subcontractors.  This ensures that high quality work continues.  In addition, you are always present at your development projects making sure that those details are being worked out to your satisfaction.  Sometimes, we have gotten the feeling that you are going to live in the building you are designing - that is how much personal attention and care you always devote to your projects.  You even made sure the right quality and type of glass was used for windows in Northbrook!

Mitch, hopefully we can deliver superior service to you and Heidi and we look forward to continuing our association.  Your family must be proud of everything you have accomplished.
